The Central Bank has just published BCB Normative Instruction 111 of 8/6/2021, which establishes new deadlines for the cessation of the practice that would give rise to the imposition of a fine, for the purposes of exemption from this penalty under the Pix. The new deadlines are now
I - August 15, 2021, for conducts committed until that date; and
II - November 15, 2021, for conducts committed between August 16, 2021 and November 15, 2021.
The time limits are independent of prior notification by the Central Bank to the participant in relation to the conduct practised.
