Open Banking Dispute Resolution Platform

Resolution BCB nº 117, of 21/07/2021, was published, amending Resolution BCB nº 32, of 29/10/2020, which establishes the technical requirements and operational procedures for the implementation of Open Banking in the country.

The Structure Responsible for Governance of Open Banking should maintain platform for resolution of disputes between participants within Open Banking.

The conditions for the access of participants to the resources of the platform shall be contemplated in the regulation that provides for such mechanism.

The accesses by participants to the resources of the platform shall observe the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data and information systems used, as well as the legislation and regulations in force.
