The Central Bank published Resolution BCB 109 of 24/06/2021, which established a new schedule for the implementation of data and service sharing by institutions participating in Open Banking.
Check out the new schedule below:
- 15 July 2021: Start of phase 2, with the exchange of registration and transaction data between institutions, such as products and services associated with customer accounts
- 30 August 2021: Start of phase 3, with the sharing of transfer services by Pix
- 15 December 2021: Start of phase 4, with the exchange of information between institutions on other financial products, such as foreign exchange, investments, pension plans and insurance
- 15 February 2022: Sharing of transfer services between accounts of the same bank and TED
- March 30, 2022: Sharing the sending of proposals for credit operations to customers who adhere to open banking
- 31 May 2022: Sharing customer data on other financial transactions, such as foreign exchange, investments, pension and insurance
- 30 June 2022: Sharing of payment services by bill of exchange
- September 30, 2022: Shared account debit services
