We remind everyone that, pursuant to Bacen Circular No. 3,682/2013, all Payment Arrangements Institutions whose transactions have not yet reached the volume that requires an application for operating authorization before the regulatory body must submit information to the Bacen. The deadline to submit this information is March 29, 2019.
The Payment Arrangement Institution Provider shall provide information related to (i) the registration data identifying the director or other person responsible for meeting the Bacen's demands; (ii) the purpose of the payment arrangement, including its relationship modality and territorial coverage; (iii) the characteristics of the payment instrument issued in its ecosystem; and (iv) the volumes earned.
The provision of information is made by the Sisbacen system. The accreditation to the Sisbacen may be carried out in the modality "self-accreditation", in case the institution has an e-CNPJ digital certificate type A3; or in the modalities "in person" or "by correspondence".
