The Central Bank of Brazil has just released the procedures, documents, deadlines and information necessary to the instruction by the Payment Institutions of the requests for authorization to operate in the exchange market
The rules are laid out in Normative Instruction BCB No. 397 of 6/29/2023.
Note that authorized IPs may operate in the foreign exchange market as of July 1, 2023 July 1, 2023 (Res. 277/22).
