Amends BCB Normative Instruction 77, of February 11, 2021, which establishes procedures for sending documents and information, responding to requirements and filing appeals, formalizing requirements, communicating decisions and other communications referring to the instruction and examination of authorization processes conducted by Brazil’s Financial System Organization Department (Departamento de Organização do Sistema Financeiro/Deorf), and makes other provisions.
