The Central Bank approved on 25.08.08 the Convention formed by entities registering receivables from payment arrangements.
The intention is that the document will contribute to the increase of security and to the increase of competition and transparency in operations with these receivables.
The convention regulates the assignment of receivables, in addition to other matters related to the operation of the rules issued by the Central Bank, such as the constitution and disconstitution of liens and encumbrances, the registration of assets and verification of uniqueness, the portability of these assets from one registrar to another, and the operation of the interoperability environment between registrars.
