In the fourth text on Provisional Measure 881 of 30.04, already known as "MP on Economic Freedom", we highlight today the provisions regarding access to the Capital Market.
By means of an amendment to Law 6404 (the Corporation Law), the MP authorizes the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM) to exempt small and medium-sized companies, according to criteria to be defined, from the requirements set forth in the Corporation Law in order to facilitate access to the capital markets.
