About: With more than 20 years in the Labor area, Decio has been recognized by the main national and international legal rankings throughout his career.
Decio has extensive experience in Collective Bargaining | Trade Union Law, consulting and litigation, with outstanding performance in strategic projects for mitigation of labor risks in pay policies, outsourcing, intermittent work and telework.

- Master in Labor Law and Labor Process from Pontifícia Universidade Católica - PUC/SP (2005).
- Specialization in Labor Law from the Pontifical Catholic University - PUC/SP (2001).
- Specialization in Civil Procedural Law from UniFMU Law School (1999). Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at Guarulhos Integrated Law School (1998).
Other activities
- University professor since 2001 for undergraduate and graduate students, besides giving lectures and training to the most varied audiences, from class associations, companies of legal events and, mainly, internal training tailored for company managers;
- Member of the Labor Legal Committee of ABIPLA (Brazilian Association of Hygiene, Cleaning and Sanitation Products for Home and Professional Use).
