Privacy Policy

Every online game or platform has its Privacy Policy, which is nothing more than a way to guarantee the rights to intimacy and privacy of users, rights that are constitutionally guaranteed.

The Privacy Policies already existed long before the General Law of Data Protection (LGPD) was implemented in the national territory and work as a kind of contract between the user and the platform.

Notwithstanding the existence of a Privacy Policy on the platform, all of them need to comply with the General Law of Data Protection (LGPD), which establishes several guidelines for the appropriate treatment of the data of users who are members of that virtual environment.

Any non-compliance with such rules, either by the platform or by the user, may be subject to sanctions by the regulatory and surveillance bodies, or even to lawsuits, which is why both parties need to stick to the general and binding rules.
