On October 31, 2018, Bill No. 10,287/18 was approved, still pending presidential sanction, which provides for the legal regime of multiproperty ownership and its registration, also known as Time-Sharing.
The bill amends the Civil Code and the Public Records Law, instituting the legal regime of the multi-ownership; of the multi-ownership in building condominiums and the segregation of the voluntary condominium and its particularities.
With the presidential sanction without any veto, we will have a substantial increase in investment in the hotel area, with the evolution that the real estate market expects.
