About: Luciana developed her career as an associate in renowned law firms, was an executive at a real estate developer and at Comgás | Grupo Cosan. She participated in the structuring and negotiation of large and complex Oil & Gas transactions involving more than R$1.8 billion. She has vast experience in structuring highly complex real estate operations and business and commercial agreements in the Oil & Gas sector, such as natural gas supply contracts with annual turnover of R$5 billion and 4.7 billion m³.
