The Institutional Customer and User Relationship Policy shall conduct the activities of the Payment Institutions with due regard for the principles of ethics, responsibility, transparency and diligence, fostering the convergence of interests and the consolidation of the institutional image of credibility, security and competence.
With this regulation, all institutions authorised to operate by Bacen will now be subject to similar requirements regarding the relationship with clients and users.
The Resolution comes into force on 1 October 2022.
