On March 31, 2021, the CVM published CVM Resolution 26, which postpones deadlines for delivery of certain information on investment funds and reference form for securities portfolio managers, as listed below:
(i) the securities portfolio manager's reference form, which should be sent to CVM by March 31, 2021, may be sent until April 14, 2021;
(ii) the monthly information of the investment funds dealt with in article 59, II, of CVM Instruction 555, referring to the month of March 2021, may be sent until April 23, 2021; and
(iii) the annual financial statements dealt with in article 59, IV of CVM Instruction No. 555, accompanied by the independent auditor's opinion, may be sent until April 14, 2021 in the case of the fiscal year ending in December 2020.
