The CVM has posted on its website specific calendars for compliance with periodic obligations by the market participants it regulates.
The calendar is described on the CVM website or on a spreadsheet in Excel format and separated by type of participant, namely:
- Investment bank; Multiple bank with investment portfolio; Savings banks; Brokerage houses; Distributors; Organized securities market; Bookkeeping agent for securities; Securities custodian;
- Service provider of electronic platform for participatory investment(Crowdfunding);
- Independent Auditor;
- Incentivized Company;
- Publicly Listed Company;
- Foreign Company;
- Portfolio Managers (Trustees and Asset Managers); Consultants; Rating Agencies; and Non-Resident Investors;
- ICVM 555 Investment Funds;
- Real Estate Investment Funds (FIIs);
- Receivables Investment Funds (FIDCs) and Non-Standard FIDCs;
- Market Index Investment Funds (ETFs);
- Certificate of Real Estate Receivables (CRI) and Certificate of Agribusiness Receivables (CRA); and
- Equity Investment Funds (FIPs).
The intention is to avoid missed deadlines and the application of fines for delay under CVM Instruction 608.
